Lusaka School of Health Sciences (LSHS) was formed in 2012. It was the first private college to offer the National Diploma in Evironmental Health Technology in Zambia alongside two public/state colleges namely Evelyn Hone College of Applied Arts & Chainama Hills College of Health Sciences.
Our mission statement is "To contribute sustainable national development by delivering quality health and social care training programmes".
Our vision is to enhance community innovation by advancing learning and knowledge through teaching and research.

LSHS is an accredited health training institution in Zambia. We are duly registered and approved by the Government Regulator Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ). We are an affiliate of the University of Zambia School of Medicine (Department of Medical Education Development). LSHS is also accredited by the Zambia Counselling Council to run Psychology and Psychotherapy counselling programmes.
